SCHIPHOL, 2 oktober 2017 – De werkzaamheden zijn gestart voor de bouw van AMS Cargo Center. Het complex omvat een nieuw en hoogwaardig multi-tenant warehouse ontwikkeling van in totaal 34.000 m2, gesitueerd op een kavel van ruim 5,9 ha.
AMS Cargo Center is gelegen op een zichtlocatie aan de N201 en maakt onderdeel uit van het bedrijventerrein Schiphol Logistics Park. Het complex zal in de zomer van 2018 worden opgeleverd en bestaat uit vijf individuele warehouse units variërend in grootte van circa 4.000 tot 6.000 m2. Unit A van in totaal ruim 9.000 m2 is reeds voor de lange termijn verhuurd aan Independent World Services (IWS). De overige 4 units zijn nog beschikbaar voor verhuur.
AMS Cargo Center is een gezamenlijke ontwikkeling van Built to Build en Proptimize. Het complex is ontworpen door DENC Architecten en zal door Van der Heijden bouw en ontwikkeling worden gebouwd. De verhuurtransactie met IWS is geïnitieerd door De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting. Verkoper van de grond is Schiphol Area Development Company (SADC).

SCHIPHOL, 2 October 2017 – The construction works of AMS Cargo Center has started. The complex concerns a new and state-of-the-art multi-tenant warehouse development of 34,000 sqm, situated on a plot of c. 5.9 ha.
AMS Cargo Center is highly visible from the N201 and is part of Schiphol Logistics Park. The complex will be delivered in the summer of 2018 and comprises five individual warehouse sections starting from c. 4,000 up to 6,000 sqm each. Section A of c. 9,000 sqm is already leased on a long-term basis to Independent World Services (IWS). The remaining 4 sections are still available for rent.
AMS Cargo Center is being realized in a joint venture between Built to Build and Proptimize. The complex is designed by DENC Architects and will be constructed by Van der Heijden bouw en ontwikkeling. The lease transaction with IWS was initiated by De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting. The vendor of the land is Schiphol Area Development Company (SADC).
